Please understand that we would like to draw your attention to a few points below that will ensure a reservation for both parties:

Rebookings
In the event that the hotel, for whatever reason, does not have the number and type of rooms and function rooms already booked available, the hotel reserves the right to relocate the group or event to another hotel of the same category in the vicinity. Furthermore, the hotel reserves the right to rebook booked function rooms within the hotel to equivalent rooms with a similar capacity.
Force majeure
Force majeure releases both parties, the customer and the hotel, from their contractual obligations under this agreement. Force majeure includes Natural events, terrorist attacks, war, occupation, riot, strike, complete breakdown of utilities, complete cessation of air traffic (except due to weather conditions or strike). All this, however, only if the hotel and its operations are directly affected.
In the event of non-compliance with the terms of the contract, the hotel reserves the right to consider this contract null and void with immediate effect and written notification.
Innsbruck is agreed as the place of jurisdiction and place of performance. In the event of late payment, 5% interest on arrears will be charged. Austrian law and the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) shall apply.
Cleaning
If soiling that exceeds the normal level of use is found even after the guest's departure, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest for the repair costs, replacement costs or cleaning costs retrospectively.
Checking your credit card
We will check your credit card for accuracy before your arrival.
Transfers from abroad
For transfers from abroad, transfer charges may not be charged to our account. Furthermore, a lump sum of € 5.00 per transfer will be charged for payments from third countries.
§ 6 Provision of substitute accommodation
6.1 The Proprietor may provide the Party or the guests with adequate substitute accommodation (of the same quality) if this is reasonable for the Party, in particular if the deviation is minor and objectively justified.
6.2 An objective justification is given, for example, if the room(s) has (have) become unusable, guests already accommodated extend their stay, there is an overbooking or other important operational measures necessitate this step.
6.3 Any additional expenses for the replacement accommodation shall be borne by the Proprietor
