Harald and Sonja-Sophie Ultsch are the fifth generation to run the Hotel Schwarzer Adler Innsbruck. More than 100 years ago the restaurateur Franz Ultsch acquired the house in the Kaiserjägerstraße in Innsbruck. Since then, the Schwarzer Adler has experienced a eventful history from a pioneer of organic cuisine to a romantic hotel.
The Ultsch family stands for hotel business and gastronomy with extraordinary commitment and great success. In the meantime, the two sons are also actively involved in the company. In addition to the development and operation of new hotel concepts, the focus is on the personal relationship with the guest. The employees are also "part of the family". Accordingly, there is a special sense of cohesion in all the hotels of the Ultsch hotel group.
